Having a brain injury changes how you do things, for me how I process and organize my thoughts is different then before my TBI. It takes a lot more energy and effort to organize my thoughts, which is ok if I have time. I find I plan longer now, having memory loss creates challenges, sometimes I have a good idea but if I don’t write it down it’s gone.
On this page I would like to journal and share some of my DIY and Cooking Creations.
I will try to share some TIPS I have figured out that have helped me cope with my memory loss and the challenges I have with organizing my thoughts.
